SLIG - Computers and Technology

Barbara Renick and Debby Horton will guide students in navigating the vast tools and tricks available to researchers through the newest technologies. They will cover improving the use of your current technology, as well as new technologies including wikis, blogs, social networks, on-line trees and library catalogs. The course will provide five hands-on labs working with course coordinators in the Family History Library computer lab. Laptops are very useful in this course, but not required.
